Free online counselling now available for children and young people

All children and young people in Greater Manchester can now access free online counselling and emotional well-being support. The Kooth online counselling and emotional wellbeing platform is available to any young person who may be struggling with their mental health during the COVID-19 outbreak.

Free online support for mental health and wellbeing

All Greater Manchester residents can now access online therapy to help with stress, anxiety, low mood and depression. Silver Cloud is a digital mental health platform that provides extra support and help if you're feeling stressed and anxious during the COVID-19 outbreak

New service to provide mental health support by text

A brand-new service has been launched today, 6 April, that will make it easier for people in Greater Manchester to find and receive mental health support - anytime, day or night. The service, Shout, allows people to simply and discreetly communicate with trained crisis volunteers by text message.
