- Face coverings. MENCAP have created an easy read guide about face coverings Wearing a face covering in England 190620. Some people do not have to wear face coverings on public transport. (Information from GOV.uk) (For example; because you have a disability that means you cannot put on, wear or remove a face covering, or because it causes severe distress). Keep Safe have created these cards for people to carry with them to help explain why they are not wearing a mask if someone asks them in public.
